Cancellation and Refund Policy — Juno Influence
Version 1.1 — effective 9 October 2026. Annex to the Brand Terms of Sale and to the General Terms for Creators.
Since brands are professionals, there is no right of withdrawal. The scale below applies to any cancellation of an ordered campaign. It is designed so that creators who have committed are always compensated.
1. Cancellation by the Brand
The percentages apply to the campaign price excluding taxes. The stage taken into account is the one reached when Juno receives the written cancellation request.
-
Order accepted, payment not received · Refund to the Brand : No sum due
-
Payment received, offers not yet sent to creators · Refund to the Brand : 100% · Retained by Juno : 0%
-
Offers sent, team not confirmed · Refund to the Brand : 90% · Retained by Juno : 10% (selection fee)
-
Team confirmed and agreements accepted, production not started · Refund to the Brand : 50% · Retained by Juno : 50% · Compensation paid to each committed creator : 50% of their remuneration
-
Production started (content in progress or delivered), or publication made · Refund to the Brand : 0% · Retained by Juno : 100% · Compensation paid to each committed creator : 100% of their remuneration
-
Each creator's agreement is only issued once the team is confirmed: before that stage, a creator who has merely accepted an offer receives no compensation.
-
Content already delivered to the Brand remains its property, with the rights provided for in the order form.
-
Products sent to creators are not returned, unless otherwise stipulated in the brief.
2. Default or unavailability of a creator
- Juno first offers a creator with an equivalent profile (audience, universe, rate), in keeping with the schedule or with a delay accepted by the Brand.
- If no replacement is possible or if the Brand rejects the proposed replacement, Juno refunds the portion of the price corresponding to that creator. At the Brand's request, this refund may take the form of a credit note usable on a future campaign, valid for twelve (12) months.
3. Cancellation or interruption by Juno
- Fault of the Brand (non-payment, prohibited product, unlawful brief, request to conceal the commercial nature of the content, lack of a licence or approval required in a country where the campaign is published): the scale in Section 1 applies as if the Brand had cancelled.
- Impossibility attributable to Juno: full refund of the sums corresponding to the services not performed.
- Force majeure: the parties seek a postponement. Failing that, the Brand is refunded, less the sums due to creators for services already performed.
4. Serious reputational harm (controversy involving a creator)
The creator concerned is removed. Juno offers a replacement or refunds the corresponding portion of the price, as in Section 2. The creator's remuneration is then due only for services already performed and accepted.
5. Non-compliant content
Content that does not comply with the brief or with the rules of the "Advertising Compliance" Annex is corrected within the rounds of revisions included. If the creator does not correct it, Section 2 applies.
6. Refund time limits and method
- Refund within fourteen (14) days of the cancellation decision, by the original means of payment or by bank transfer. Bank and currency conversion fees charged by the Brand's own bank remain borne by the Brand.
- A credit note numbered in the Juno Influence series is issued for every refund.
7. Gifting credits
- A Creator chosen on a gifting mission who withdraws before performance: their credits are returned to the Brand, and Juno offers a replacement where possible.
- Gifting campaign cancelled before the products are shipped: the credits of the chosen Creators are returned.
- A proposal sent to a Creator designated by name is paid upon sending: its credits are not returned, even if the Creator declines or does not answer.
- Products shipped, then the Creator defaults (no content): upon the Brand's report, Juno returns the Creator's credits. Products sent cannot be recovered.
- Credits are never refunded in money. A cancelled plan remains due until the end of the current period (Terms of Sale, Article 6a).
